So, with the cancelation of GL (Guiding Light), the axe is hanging over several popular daytime shows. As The World Turns and Days of Our Lives are at risk of cancelation. The ABC shows are getting hit hard, and who knows... there are rumors that All My Children may be getting the axe in the near future (that, my dear readers, is just a rumor).
So, as a soap fan, I beg of you, plead even, for you to check out a soap. Check your local listings, or online, and give a show a gander. Trust me, there is something out there that you'll like. People joke about how bad soaps are, but to be honest, they are VERY entertaining.
So, pick up a show, and possibly save a soap.
