Fashion Victims Ep. 1.14

Gio set his stuff down in the small lounge area of the studio. He still hadn't fully recovered after seeing Mia. She was going, and fast. Even the doctors had told him to prepair for the worst.
Those were not words he wanted to hear.
He stretched his arms over his head and arched his back. He hadn't slept well the night before. Probably because Kurt had been so caught up in the circus that was Barbi that he had forgot that he and Gio had made plans.
It was just a night in, but it was something that he had been looking forward to, especially after his last visit with his sister.
Now he was stuck in a studio, about to get half naked and covered in oil and he was not only depressed, but sexually frustrated.
"You look like hell." Derrick entered the studio, glancing at his camera instead of his model.
"That's what make-up is for." Gio took off his shirt, and headed towards the white back drop so Derrick chould check the lighting.
"How is she?" Derrick looked up, genuine worry in his eyes.
Gio cringed. How could that bastard really care what Mia was going through? He had thrown her to the side just like he had every other model. She was just another piece of ass to Derrick.
"Fine. Let's get this done." Gio didn't look at Derrick when he spoke. He just brushed past him and found his mark.
"You're a really bad liar, you know that. Most models are. You use your body to express emotion. You can't hide it." Derrick's voice was soft. "So, how is she?"
"Why do you care Derrick?" Gio snapped. He was surprised it took so little to set him off.
"That bad?" His voice was barely a whisper. "I wish she would let me see her."
Gio couldn't take it anymore. He stormed over to the his stuff, grabbed his shirt, grabbed his bag, and started towards the door.
Derrick's hand on Gio's shoulder stopped him. It was so gentle.
"You don't know the whole story." He looked Gio right in the eyes when he spoke.
"I know enough." And at that Gio stormed out of the studio, not even bothering to put his shirt back on.
